Completing your first Workout

On this page we'll go through completing your first Workout.

  1. Click on the Workout you just created.

  2. Click on "Open" to open the Workout Modal.

  3. Click on "Target"

  4. Here you can change the Set information from when you created the Workout.

  5. Click on "Achieved"

  6. Here can input what you achieved when you did the Set during your training session.

  7. Click on the checkbox to mark the Set as complete.

  8. Click "Save" to save the data.

  9. Click on the check mark next to the Workout name to mark the Workout as complete.

Congratulations you've now completed your first Workout 🎉🎉🎉

While you can keep completing your Workouts this way, the recommended approach is to use our Mobile App

You should now be able to use the platform the most basic way. However, we strongly encourage you to explore all documentation to use the platform to its full potential.
