Program Builder

The Program Builder is an extension of the Workout Builder that adds functionality related to planning multiple Workouts.

The Sidebar contains the following

  • Name of the Program

  • List of Weeks and their Workouts

  • Button to display an Overview of the Program

  • Button to create or update the Program

Week List

The Week List is a list of all the Weeks and their respective Workouts.

Hovering over a Week will display a button to perform the following.

  • Add a Workout to the Week

  • Duplicate the Week

  • Delete the Week

Hovering over a Workout will display a button to perform the following.

  • Duplicate the Workout

  • Delete the Workout

Overview

The Overview button will display a high-level overview of the Program.
