Exercises

Exercises are pretty self-explanatory, they tell a Set what Exercise to perform.

Limitations

Exercises are hardcoded, making your exercises is not possible at the moment.

If you can't find an Exercise you're looking for simply email us at support@potentia.fit and we'll add them right away.

Exercise Settings

You may want to define certain settings on a per-exercise basis such as how much to increment weight by when clicking the plus sign. This can be accomplished using Exercise Settings which are found on the settings page.

The following information can be defined on Exercise Settings.

  • Weight Unit

  • Weight Increment

  • Rep Unit

  • Default Properties ()
