Templates

Definition

A Template is a list of Sets that can be used when creating a Workout.

Workout Data

When applying a Template you can choose a Workout and we will try to match the data from it.

Example: Your Template contains 3 Sets of Squats at 80kg for 6 reps. You select a Workout where you did 3 Sets of Squats at 90kg for 8 reps. When applying the Template it will use the data from the Workout instead of the Template.

The data matching is still experimental, feedback on how it should match is much appreciated.
