Workout Builder

The Workout Builder is a component that is used to create Workouts.

Header

At the top, you'll see 2 inputs that define

  • Name

  • Date to perform the Workout

Actions

Below the header, you'll find the action bar which can do the following

  • Add Set

  • Duplicate Selection

  • Delete Selection

  • Hide Intensity

Sets

Below the action bar, you'll find a list of sets containing the following information for each

  • Exercise (See Select Exercise Modal)

  • Intensity Unit

  • Intensity

  • Weight Unit

  • Weight

  • Rep Unit

  • Reps

  • Rest Time Unit

  • Rest Time

Selection

Sets can be selected by clicking on the checkbox to the left of the Set.

Holding Shift and clicking a Set with multiple Sets between will select the Set and all the Sets between.

Holding Control and clicking a Set will add that Set to the selection.

Clicking the checkbox above the Set list will select or deselect all Sets.

Drag and Drop

Selected Sets can be dragged to change which order they appear in the list.
